I love to line up the different weighted Slam Balls in a line (I use 6kg -> 10kg -> 15kg -> 20kg) and go up and down the line doing 1x slam per ball until our song is over. Doing a slam session to a song is a lot more enjoyable than just watching the clock in our opinion.
