10 Minute Advanced Slam Ball Workout
Everything is 3x sets 10 reps
- Round 1: squat jump -> slam to sprawl
- Round 2: underhand toss -> frog throw -> side toss
- Round 3: cross body slam -> Lunge twist -> russian twist
